The winner of K-pop Rookie Battle 2018 Pauliina and BITE are performing on Sunday!
Hei! Olen 24-vuotias Tamperelainen tanssija sekä tästä vuodesta alkaen myös K-pop-tanssin opettaja. Elämässäni on tullut tanssittua jo noin 15 vuoden ajan, joista yhdeksän vuotta on sisältänyt myös K-pop-tanssia.
K-pop Rookie Battle on siitä mahtava kilpailu, että se antaa myös solo coveristeille mahdollisuuden kilpailla, mitä ei muuten K-pop kisoissa ole. Ja tätä toivoisinkin lisää meille jo kokeneemmille solo tanssijoille, sillä eihän K-pop scenessäkään solistit ole mikään tuntematon juttu Täten esitykseni koostuukin voimakkaiden naissolistien biiseistä eli varokaa vain, sillä luvassa on paljon asennetta, taiteellisuutta sekä voimaa!
En malta odottaa kaikkien finaalissa kilpailevien esityksiä sekä myös omaa vuoroa päästä taas pitkästä aikaa lavalle esiintymään!
Hello! I’m a 24-year-old dancer from Tampere and also, starting from this year, a k-pop dance teacher. I’ve spent my life dancing for 15 years already, and nine of those years include k-pop dance.
K-pop Rookie Battle is an amazing competition because it gives solo coverists a chance to compete as well, which is not possible in other k-pop competitions. And I hope there would be more of this for us more experienced solo dancers as well, since soloists aren’t rare in the k-pop scene either This is why my performance is a compilation of powerful songs by female soloists so watch out, because you will see a lot of artistic attitude and power!
I can’t wait for all the performances in the finalists as well as my own turn to get to perform on stage after a long time!
Moi! Näimme että K-pop Rookie Battle on tulossa takaisin vuosien jälkeen! Meillä oli mahtava kokemus ensimmäisestä tapahtumasta, joten halusimme palata vanhalla BITEn kokoonpanolla KRB:n lavalle.

Hi! We saw that K-pop Rookie Battle was making a return after all these years! Participating in the last event was such a great experience for us that we wanted to gather BITE on KRB:s stage one more time.
