Chingucon tickets
Chingucon is an event held in Hämeenlinna, at Verkatehdas. The event has an entrance fee. You can buy tickets to the event in advance from Kide.app.
Tickets bought in advance will be exchanged for an entry wristband when you arrive at the event, and you have to have the wristband on throughout the whole event. Our exchange booths are located near the entrance to the venue and will be open through the entire day. Your entry wristband is for personal use only.
You are able to move in and out of the venue freely when you’re wearing the entry wristband.

Everyone who is included in the family ticket needs to be at the ticket exchange at the same time.

We offer invoices for unions and youth groups. If this fits your situation, please contact our ticket manager via email at liput@kpopsuomi.fi

Representation table sales
Our staff is representing Chingucon in other events around Finland and you can ask more questions about ticket sales and the event itself from our staff. We would love to answer any of your questions, including questions about the Kide.app and how to acquire tickets. All ticket sales are done though Kide.app so we don’t handle any ticket sales at our representing tables.
Kide.app
Create an account to the Kide.app
Before you acquire a ticket, you have to create an account into Kide.app, which you can use either on your browser or download the app into your phone. Your account will hold the ticket(s) you’ve bought in the ‘wallet’ and it aids us in troubleshooting if problems were to occur. Kide.app will walk you through making an account step by step.
How to buy a ticket
The tickets to Chingucon - event are located under K-pop Suomi Ry’s Kide.app page, or you can search for ‘Chingucon’ in the search bar. Select the quantity of tickets and the tier you wish to purchase and the tickets will be added to your cart. Once you’re in the cart section, you can enter your card info into your profile, or pay through MobilePay or Pivo - in those cases you don’t have to enter your payment info into Kide.app.
Redeeming the ticket from Wallet
If you’ve acquired a ticket to the event but you’re not going to be redeeming it yourself at the event, you can transfer your ticket from the Wallet to another person. Keep in mind that this other person has to have an account in Kide.app. The ticket is presented at the exchange point via browser or phone app and the ticket will be accessed via the ‘Wallet’ section on the account. The ticket will be exchanged via a QR code in the app or marked as redeemed by the staff. Do not mark the ticket as ‘redeemed’ yourself before entering the event.
The ticket will not be sent to your email with the receipt. If you’re buying a ticket for someone else, for example your child, and you yourself aren’t going to attend the event or be present during the ticket exchange, you need to create an account for your child and transfer the ticket from your ‘wallet’ to theirs.
A screenshot of the ticket is not enough to gain entry to the event.
