You can apply to Open Stage as a solo, duo or with a group. Groups can have a maximum of 10 people in total.
Open Stage is open to all without any previous skill required.
2.1 Illnesses and other obstacles/changes
You have to inform the organizer as soon as possible if you get sick before the performance day or you have to cancel your spot at Open Stage , if someone in your group is not able to perform or you need to change members. You can contact organizers with email tanssi@kpopsuomi.fi.
2.2 Age
Open Stage is allowed for all ages. Under 18 years old performers need to submit an agreement from their parents to perform at the event and permission for organizers photographing and video recording.
If a performer is under 15 years of age (at performance day 17.5.2026) or if the group has only under 15 years old performers, they need to take one parent, or another adult who is in charge of the young performers during the event. The organizer will ask for the contact information of this person before the event. This person will have the same access as performers to the same places. If the group has one over 15 years old or older performer, there will be no need for a parent or other adult person, if this older group member takes care of the younger members.
