Sales areas and prices

Artisans share the same exhibitors hall with the Artist Alley and Vendors.

An Artisan spot is 150€ and it includes a table fee and a ticket for 2 people. The spot comes with one (1) table which is 70cm x 140cm and two chairs.

Sales area is 1m x 2m. You may bring your own furniture (for example a clothing rack) to display your products as long as they are within your sales are and are not a hazard to visitors.

If you need more assistants / salespersons, we have a special offer for tickets (25€) which can be billed with your spot fee.

Electricity (25€ + tax 25,5%) and a parking spot (8€) are not included in the price. Do let us know in your application if you need these additional services. These will be billed separately.

We prioritize these things in Chingucons’ Artisan selection:

1. Suitability for Chingucon; We are looking for artists, whose pieces reflect the primary themes of Chingucon (Korean music and Korean pop culture). For example fanart about K-dramas and different K-pop groups is always a big bonus in your portfolio.

2. Variety in your works; In order to provide a good experience for visitors at the exhibition hall, we prioritize artists who offer a lot of variety in their source materials, and offer a multitude of products.

3. Technical application of methods; We wish to see good quality products from start to finish.
   

Who is chosen and how?

4 Artisans will be chosen. Our choice is made entirely by the application and the attached PDF portfolio. Do tell us about yourself, your company and the products you have for sale in your portfolio. Make sure we have access to your portfolio throughout the application process.

Applications will be reviewed by a committee working with the exhibitors hall manager. Our exhibitors hall manager does hold the final say in the matter.

Information for artisans who apply

• You’re responsible for the products sold at your table and for their pricing.

• Sales are is 1m x 2m and the table size is 70cm x 140cm. Artisans are allowed to bring their own furniture for products as long as they stay within their sales area and are not a hazard for visitors.

• K-18 Material (R- rated): You are not allowed to sell any products that are geared towards adults.

• AI-generated art: Art pieces made with the help of AI are not allowed to be sold at the event. If AI art is found at a table during the event, the vendor will be asked to leave.

• If for any reason you’re not able to participate in the event or you wish to decline your Artisan spot, please contact our exhibitors hall manager at myynti@kpopsuomi.fi.

• If you won’t decline your Artisan spot and do not show up, you’re still required to pay the table fee. Please let us know well in advance if you have to decline your spot, since it will open up for an another artisan to take your place.
