You can apply for a representation table spot with an email to sidosryhmat@kpopsuomi.fi.

We are offering associations, organizations as well as other cons’ representatives a spot to be able to showcase yourselves in Finland’s first and biggest con that focuses solely on Korean pop culture.

Chingucon is looking for willing representatives to join the event and to bring the buzz to our visitors!

What kinds of spots we offer?

We offer representation tables as well as bigger areas. Which means you can either keep it small and simple with the table, or set up a spot for an activity that fits the theme of your organization / group. Who doesn’t love an arts and crafts station!
Our representation tables are located on the 2nd floor of our venue in Lämpiö.

Representation packages are primarily intended for associations, organizations and for business’ that focus on content creation. Vendors and sponsors can take a look into our exhibitor hall application for a spot.

Are you interested in exchanging representation tables?

Instead of paying for a table fee we can do an exchange with other con’s active in Finland, in which case the convention willing to do an exchange would secure a spot for Chingucon to set up a representation table at their event. We are open for negotiations about these exchanges and its good to let us know if you have any wishes regarding the table!
